HR issue for the international manager: international staffing; MNC training; MNC performance appraisal; compensation and benefits; international unions. Cross cultural management approach: organizational structure and intercultural management- conventional organizational structures of global organizations; intercultural communication. . core values as for bonding between employees and corporate across the globe. Global strategy and local adaptation. Conflict resolution strategies to handle: environmental turbulence; different attitudes to corporate culture and ethics. Cultural conflict and management style. Expatriate management.
